We have been in our home for almost one year now and wanted to
sincerely thank you and all your crew for making our dream become a
reality.
Through the entire process Barry, and his professional, experienced
team of craftsmen went above and beyond to make building our home an
enjoyable experience. We were especially impressed with Barry's
attention to detail, quick response to our questions, and his
creative suggestions that made this house exceed our expectations.
Our home was finished sooner than expected and there were no hidden
costs or surprises that popped up along the way. We were amazed that
what we would consider "upgrades", Barry included in the price of
the house. As a result, we were able to move into this house with
very little out of pocket expense.
Barry not only gave us names and numbers, but met us at almost every
appointment to assist in the selection process. When we were
overwhelmed by all the choices, Barry gave us suggestions that were
better than any interior designer could ever offer!
Our friends and relatives that visit can not believe the quality,
attention to detail, and great value for the price that this home
represents.
All this being said, we are proud to say that we live in a Sullivan

the beginning of our new home construction to its completion,
Sullivan Design & Construction has been a professional company with
high morals and standards. Barry took our visions and implemented
them with his vision for a home that has exceeded our expectations.
Barry's unique gift to details made the decision making process less
stressful and a joy to undertake. Barry is very keen on colors and
textures which blend together and on structural amenities which gave
us the best possible use for the space within our home.

It has been five
months since we moved into our new home in the Aden Woods section of
Castleberry Farm subdivision. We have really loved our new home and
would like to thank you for your advice, hard work and
professionalism that you exhibited to us. It really meant a lot to
us that we could contact you anytime we had questions, issues,
changes or concerns and that you would patiently listen to and help
us in any way.
Due to the fact that
this was our second custom built home, we knew how important it was
