We have been in our home for almost one year now and wanted to sincerely thank you and all your crew for making our dream become a reality.

Through the entire process Barry, and his professional, experienced team of craftsmen went above and beyond to make building our home an enjoyable experience. We were especially impressed with Barry's attention to detail, quick response to our questions, and his creative suggestions that made this house exceed our expectations.

Our home was finished sooner than expected and there were no hidden costs or surprises that popped up along the way. We were amazed that what we would consider "upgrades", Barry included in the price of the house. As a result, we were able to move into this house with very little out of pocket expense.

Barry not only gave us names and numbers, but met us at almost every appointment to assist in the selection process. When we were overwhelmed by all the choices, Barry gave us suggestions that were better than any interior designer could ever offer!

Our friends and relatives that visit can not believe the quality, attention to detail, and great value for the price that this home represents.

Just a note to tell you how much Vivienne and I appreciate your kindness and help during our move to Tennessee.

We moved into our new home in The Laurels in September ’06 and were unsure of what to expect. We wondered if the people in Tennessee would be as friendly as those we had left in Texas. We found out quickly that they were.

Our new home is beautiful and is a better investment than other homes we viewed in the Nashville area. We feel we got more house for the money we had budgeted by being able to purchase the home of our dreams in Spring Hill rather than accepting a smaller home to the north.

The home, yard, storage spaces and your ability to satisfy all our concerns were the things that sold us on our Sullivan DeWire home.

You have answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Whenever we had minor problems; you called the contractor and insist they immediately contact us. You always call back to make sure we are satisfied with their response.

It has been five months since we moved into our new home in the Aden Woods section of Castleberry Farm subdivision. We have really loved our new home and would like to thank you for your advice, hard work and professionalism that you exhibited to us.
