Neighborhood Information
Sullivan
DeWire Construction is a Williamson County, Tennessee based builder
with active neighborhood sites also found within the Maury County
partition of Spring Hill.
As an influential young carpenter, Barry Sullivan was introduced to
home building in 1972 at the age of 7. He was masterfully mentored
by his father, Wilson Sullivan, and uncle Ewin Sullivan from the
inception of their company - Sullivan Brothers Builders.
Aspiring to be a
"true craftsman builder", Barry graduated high school in 1983 and
began attending Columbia State Community College. He soon
transferred his education to Middle Tennessee State University, and
while in college, started his own business to begin building homes
throughout various areas of Williamson County.
For nine years Barry honed his expertise, which led him to
personally develop his first neighborhood subdivision - Castleberry
Farm, in Fairview.
The professional working relationship between Barry Sullivan & Jeff DeWire began
in 2000. With a degree from Middle Tennessee State University in
engineering technologies with an emphasis on construction
management, Barry knew he had "found a jewel" in Jeff DeWire.
Sullivan DeWire Construction, LLC was officially formed in 2004.
Today, Sullivan DeWire Construction has a combined 32 years of
experience.
Barry says "We are somewhat selective in our customs due to our
desire to provide a very high level of service. In conjunction with
new homes, we also develop some of the neighborhoods in which we
build, including the site-work."
